Because we use no preservatives in our chocolate, there are a few things you should know to have the best chocolatey experience:
You can help keep Chocolate fresh longer by storing it in a cool, dry place.
It is not recommended you keep your Chocolate in the Fridge or freezer unless it is tightly sealed or
wrapped because like a sponge, it will absorb the flavors of its surroundings.
Refrigerating or freezing your chocolate may increase the shelf life, but may also cause a phenomenon called “Sugar Bloom” which although completely harmless, can be unsightly and appear like mould.

Look for the “I was made on” sticker on your chocolate to see how long it has been around, and how long it should last.
